R1 RCM Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our US-based Patient Entry teams. You will oversee staffing, workflow, and quality, ensuring registrations, eligibility checks, and timely patient processing align with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with department leaders and revenue cycle teams to improve processes, coach staff, and resolve issues. The role requires 3+ years of experience, including 1 year in management, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience, including 1+ year in a management role.
• Knowledge of JCAHO, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Flexible in maintaining and responding during operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Inform Director/Senior Leadership of issues affecting patient satisfaction, timeliness, or reimbursement.
• Collaborate with Department Leaders to improve processes and outcomes.
• Ensure adequate staffing and coverage in all Patient Entry areas.
• Supervise staff performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure accuracy of daily registrations, including insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
