Job summary

You will oversee daily operations, support ED registration activities, coach staff, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with hospital leaders to ensure a seamless patient experience from entry. The role requires prior leadership in Patient Access or related hospital operations, preferably with experience in registration, insurance

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Patient Access associates across registration, admissions, and patient intake.

• Manage staffing schedules and productivity to meet goals and patient volume demands.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve performance objectives.
• Analyze metrics and drive improvement initiatives in revenue cycle operations.
• Partner with hospital leadership to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
