Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Bridging the Gap program may be required within one year.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage patient calls and schedule appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Coordinate with provider offices to transfer patient information smoothly.
• Document appointments, referrals, and demographic data in the EHR.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with patients and staff.
