Job summary

You will respond to appointment requests via phone, email and work queues, scheduling exams and coordinating demographics and insurance registration. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service or healthcare admin, strong communication, empathy and multitasking, with ability to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or patient access.
• Experience in healthcare admin preferred.
