Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule outpatient appointments.
• Enter patient information and verify demographics and insurance data.
• Check patients in and out and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate communication between business units and care teams.
• Answer calls, assist with scheduling changes, and maintain accuracy.
• Contribute to QA and reduce errors; complete other administrative tasks as needed.
