Job summary

Vaya Health is seeking an ACCESS Member Services Specialist to work remotely in NC, Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. The role centers on helping individuals access necessary services, linking callers to providers, and coordinating with clinicians as needed.

Responsibilities include telephonic screenings, eligibility checks, and documenting interactions in the electronic system. Residency in NC or within 40 miles of the NC border is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent field.
• Two or more years of experience in mental health or related services.
• Strong knowledge of patient-centered and recovery-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to access services based on need and insurance plan.
• Provide information and linkage to providers; conduct telephonic screenings.
• Identify indicators requiring clinical assistance and coordinate with clinicians.
• Document calls and maintain electronic records accurately.
