• Minimum of 2 years revenue cycle experience and/or 2 years of contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple systems to perform scheduling functions.
• Provide patients with preparation and location information.
• Input and validate patient data in the system.
• Verify and explain insurance benefits as needed.
• Handle high call volumes and transfer/conference between parties.
• Mentor new hires as needed.
• Support Intermountain Health mission, vision, and values.
