Grifols is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to minimize access barriers for patients and providers in a multistate region. The role focuses on educating office staff about the Prolastin Direct program and ensuring compliant reimbursement processes.

The PAL will partner with Market Access, Sales and Hub teams, handling payer policies and electronic submission pathways, with over 50% travel expected across North Central and South Central states.

Competenze

• Deep knowledge of medication access channels and insurance benefits.
• Experience with public and private payer policies related to Prolastin-C coverage.
• Ability to travel across multistate geographies; >50% travel required.

Mansioni

• Educate prescriber office personnel on Prolastin Direct program and processes.
• Manage patient support and reimbursement programs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as payer/reimbursement subject matter expert for the defined geography.
• Collaborate with payor team to understand payer policies and facilitate patient access.
• Explain prior authorization requirements, appeals, and clinical criteria to providers.
