Cardinal Health Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support seeks a Coordinator, Individualized Care to support patient access to therapies through Reimbursement Support Services. The role guides patients through intake, benefit investigations, and follow-ups with payers and pharmacies to ensure timely coverage and dispensing of products.

Responsibilities include handling complex payer issues, meeting KPIs, and providing customer service with technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills used to answer inbound questions
• Ability to follow program rules and policies with basic problem resolution
• Comfort handling sensitive information and working with healthcare data

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through intake and reimbursement processes
• Coordinate with insurance payers, pharmacies and providers to facilitate coverage
• Respond to inquiries and maintain service levels per KPIs
• Maintain knowledge of therapy, prior authorization and reimbursement details
• Handle sensitive data with discretion and escalate complex issues as needed
