Cardinal Health Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support is hiring for a remote Customer Support role in the United States. The team handles inbound calls, follows up with patients and physicians, and uses proprietary software to document interactions while providing one-call resolutions.

The role requires strong communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a home office setup during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Inbound calls handling with ability to determine needs and provide one call resolution.
• Manage workload of inbound faxes (if applicable).
• Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries promptly.
• Enter detailed information into company software while conversing by phone.
• Place outbound calls for follow ups or to obtain missing information.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patient referral sources to process new applicants.
• Coordinate with internal teams on next steps.
• Communicate with external entities including physician offices and pharmacies.
• Identify, document and submit Adverse Events during contact or from documentation.
