Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Sonexus Access and Patient Support team is hiring for a remote, full-time role serving patients and physicians. You will handle inbound calls, follow up with referrals, and enter data into proprietary software while maintaining a patient-first approach.

The position requires a high school diploma (Pharmacy Technician preferred) and strong communication skills. Schedule spans 7am–5pm CST, Monday–Friday, with fully remote work and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in fast paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and determine needs for one-call resolution.
• Manage workload of inbound faxes when applicable.
• Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries promptly.
• Enter details into proprietary software while speaking with patients.
• Place outbound calls for patient follow ups or to obtain missing information.
• Interact with patient referral sources to process new applicants.
