Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) Lead to provide field-based leadership for a geographically aligned PAM team. You will coach PAMs on product, reimbursement, and payer strategies across franchises, while coordinating with Sales, National Accounts, Hub, and Market Access to ensure compliant, patient‑centered access.

Expect up to 60% travel and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, RN, MSN).
8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical access, reimbursement, patient support services, or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in Access, Market Access, Patient Support, or Sales leadership.
Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, HUB operations, and payer policy.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of strategic initiatives across the PAM team, ensuring consistent delivery.
Coach and develop PAMs to build product, reimbursement, and payer expertise.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, National Accounts, Hub, and Market Access.
Translate access strategy into actionable field execution plans.
Track and report performance metrics and insights from the field.
