Competenze

• Doctorate or Masters with relevant patient access experience.
• Experience in pharma or medical industry preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons.
• Accountable for performance, training, and compliance of the team.
• Develop KPIs aligned to business objectives.
• Track team performance against key metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Hub Services and Case Managers.
• Provide ongoing training for team members.
• Present quarterly objectives and performance to stakeholders.
