Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of Patient Access experience
• Masters degree with 4 years of Patient Access experience
• Bachelors degree with 6 years of Patient Access experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons
• Accountable for performance, training, and compliance of the team
• Develop key performance metrics aligned to team goals
• Track team members' performance against metrics
• Develop each team member to fulfill regional roles
• Collaborate with Hub Services, Case Managers, and other teams to support patient access to medications
• Ensure ongoing training and expertise for the team
• Identify evolving patient needs and coordinate cross-functional responses
• Coordinate team participation in national and local patient meetings/events
• Oversee and support patient education programs as applicable
• Prepare quarterly presentations on group objectives and performance
