You will coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorizations and verify insurance details while delivering strong customer service.

You will also register patients, document conversations, and support other departments to improve the patient experience.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient with common Microsoft programs and basic database use.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks efficiently.
