Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle helpful.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and CMS guidelines advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ABNs as needed.
- Estimate patient financial responsibility and arrange payments or plans.
- Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorization and verify benefits with insurers.
- Register patients accurately and collect demographic and insurance data.
- Provide excellent customer service and document conversations for payer decisions.
