Job summary

You will provide excellent customer service and accurately enter information in electronic systems. This remote US-based role offers hourly pay between $16.61 and $22.95, with pay determined by role, location, skills, and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients by phone using approved scripts to keep medical records current.
• Enter information accurately in electronic systems.
• Contact insurance companies to obtain benefits and pre-certification/authorization.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve patient issues with appropriate solutions.
• Mentor new hires and lead the local Entri team in routine tasks.
