You will develop territory plans, manage aftermarket product strategies, and maintain key customer relationships across multiple channels. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to drive sales and customer value.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in manufacturing/automotive support, and strong skills in communication, presentation, and value selling. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two years in commercial manufacturing, automotive distribution and/or vehicle/heavy equipment customer support.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Knowledge of Eaton Fuller products or comparable product experience focused on service, application and support.
• Specialized knowledge of business processes within the trucking industry.
• Proficient with Value Selling.
• Experience negotiating, delivering training, and developing business plans.

• Develop and implement business plans to support territory, region, and division objectives.
• Establish internal reports on customer activities (wins/losses, metrics, sales probabilities, barriers).
• Utilize CCRs to communicate desired product enhancements and market trends.
• Assess customer requirements and identify unique needs at targeted accounts.
• Develop, implement, and manage territory product support strategies for aftermarket products.
• Maintain relationships with customers and expanded channels (IAM).
• Collaborate across organizations to resolve customer issues and optimize value.
• Evaluate incentive requirements using market intelligence and administer incentive processes.
• Manage market introduction of new products to achieve sales objectives.
• Gather business intelligence and provide voice of the customer back to the organization.
