Eaton Corporation, within its IS VEH VGNA division, is seeking a Parts Solutions Manager. This remote role can be based from a home office in the United States, with preference for candidates in Eastern PA and Western NJ to support the New England region.

You will develop business plans, create reports on customer activities, manage territory product support strategies, and collaborate across functions to resolve customer issues while driving sales.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two years in commercial manufacturing, automotive distribution and/or vehicle/heavy equipment customer support.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for CPT/OPT or work visa.

• Develop and implement business plans to support territory, region, and division objectives.
• Establish internal reports on customer activities and CCR communications.
• Assess customer requirements and identify unique needs at targeted accounts.
• Develop, implement, manage territory product support strategies for aftermarket products.
• Maintain customer and expanded channel relationships to grow business.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve customer issues and optimize value.
• Evaluate incentive requirements using market intelligence and manage incentive processes.
• Manage market introduction of new products to achieve sales objectives.
• Gather customer insights and provide VOC feedback to the organization.
