Eaton seeks a Parts Solutions Manager for a remote US-based position, with preference for Eastern PA and Western NJ to support the New England territory. You will develop business plans, create customer activity reports, and drive aftermarket product strategies while collaborating across functions to deliver value.

This full-time role offers a base compensation range of $111,000-$163,000 annually plus a sales incentive plan. Travel up to 75% is expected; equal employment opportunity applies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two (2) years working for commercial manufacturing, automotive distribution AND/ OR in a vehicle/heavy equipment customer support position.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (CPT, OPT, H-1B, etc.).
• Knowledge of Eaton Fuller products or comparable product experience with service, application and support is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement business plans to support territory, region, and division objectives.
• Establish internal reports on customer activities (wins/losses, product metrics, sales probabilities, etc.).
• Assess customer requirements and identify unique needs at targeted accounts.
• Develop and implement territory product support strategies for aftermarket products.
• Maintain customer and expanded channel relationships to drive more business.
• Collaborate across technical services, call center, planning, pricing, finance, and others to resolve issues.
• Evaluate incentive requirements using market intelligence and administer incentive processes.
• Manage market introduction of new products to achieve sales objectives.
• Gather VOC data from customers and relay insights to the organization.
