Jobgether is seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support and financial inclusion. You will cultivate relationships with donors and advisors, develop persuasive proposals, and collaborate across fundraising, finance, marketing, and technology teams to optimize donor engagement.

Qualifications

• At least five years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Proven donor engagement and stewardship skills.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major gifts is a plus.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional representation.
• Good project management and organizational abilities.
• Strategic thinking with initiative to grow fundraising.
• Commitment to financial inclusion and social impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and engagement: Oversee a portfolio of mid-level and major-gift donors, developing engagement and stewardship strategies.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships: Build relationships with donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors to identify funding opportunities.
• Enhance the donor experience: Collaborate with teams to improve website journeys, digital communications, and giving opportunities.
• Represent the organization externally: Participate in donor meetings, advisor conversations, conferences, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Plan donor engagement events: Organize virtual and in-person events to deepen relationships and generate qualified prospects.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives: Work with finance and partnerships teams to ensure accurate gift documentation and tracking.
• Support impact-driven fundraising materials: Gather impact data and borrower stories for proposals and newsletters.
• Maintain donor records and reporting: Keep CRM records accurate and track engagement and pipelines.
• Lead donor communications and marketing: Write and refine donor-focused communications across channels.
• Evaluate and optimize outreach: Analyze campaigns and events to improve engagement and calls to action.
