Jobgether, on behalf of a partner nonprofit, seeks a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support and advance financial inclusion for underserved communities worldwide. The role is fully remote in the United States, collaborating with fundraising, finance, marketing, communications, and technology teams to strengthen donor experiences and optimize engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• At least five years of nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, donor relations, or related field.
• Experience cultivating and stewarding individual donors and prospects.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds, philanthropic advisors, and major-gift fundraising.
• Excellent writing and editing to translate programs and impact data into proposals and reports.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and engagement across a portfolio of mid-level and major-gift donors.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors.
• Enhance donor experience through improved website journeys, digital communications, and giving opportunities.
• Represent the organization externally in donor meetings, advisor conversations, and conferences.
• Plan donor engagement events, virtual and in-person, to deepen relationships and generate prospects.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for accurate gift documentation and reporting.
• Support impact-driven fundraising materials with data, borrower stories, and program information.
• Maintain CRM records, track engagement, and measure fundraising progress.
• Lead donor communications and marketing to ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Evaluate outreach through campaign results and adjust strategies.
