Job summary

Tiny Health is seeking a VP of Finance to own the finance function during a critical growth phase. You will build the operating rhythm with a reliable forecast, monthly reviews, and capital allocation strategies to support Series B and beyond.

This hands-on leader will later expand the team, partner with the leadership team, and drive financial partnership across the company while reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance with senior FP&A or leadership experience.
• Experience owning end-to-end monthly close and variance analysis.
• Ability to build driver-based forecast linking month to year guidance.
• Experience evaluating/implementing financial systems.
• Comfort with broad, under-resourced scope and solo ownership.
• Experience operating in a venture-backed, high-growth environment.
• Strong written communication for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly forecast-to-actuals reconciliation and rolling forecast.
• Run monthly business reviews with documented variance decisions.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems stack and plan cycles.
• Provide timely, accurate financial health information to executives.
• Collaborate with Leadership in async and live discussions for growth.
• Hire and ramp a controller and FP&A analyst; shift to strategic partnership.
