Job summary

Savi is seeking a Partnerships Manager to serve a portfolio of clients and act as the primary relationship manager in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on proactive strategies to maximize partner adoption and ongoing client support.

You will oversee onboarding, tailor communications, and collaborate with Savi’s in-house team to ensure a seamless client experience, while traveling up to 10% for conferences and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account or client management experience.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for conferences and client meetings.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in client impact reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for a portfolio of Savi clients.
• Develop proactive strategies to maximize adoption with student loan borrowers.
• Provide ongoing support through regular outreach and ad hoc technical assistance.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation of the Savi tool with new partners.
• Monitor KPIs and propose proactive strategy recommendations.
