Job summary

Embrace Pet Insurance is seeking a Partnerships Manager to grow new business via affinity partners. The role requires owning partner relationships end-to-end, building materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive onboarding and accelerated performance.

Remote in the Cleveland, OH area with travel as needed. You will lead pipeline development, craft business cases, and present compelling value propositions to partners while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Service, BI, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or management consulting with extensive client-facing experience.
• Experience building presentations, business cases, and client-facing materials.
• Background in / knowledge of insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B partnership opportunities across insurance, financial services, and adjacent verticals.
• Independently lead partner conversations as a primary point of contact, from initial outreach through partnership agreement structuring, onboarding, and continued performance acceleration.
• Develop proposals, business cases (e.g., pro-forma and volume-based commission models), and data-driven narratives to land and expand partner relationships.
• Identify and execute on opportunities to expand and deepen existing partnerships by translating performance data into value-add insights.
