Embrace Pet Insurance is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive new business with affinity partners. You will own key relationships, structure deals, and lead cross-functional execution to accelerate growth while independently guiding partner conversations and producing compelling materials.

The role requires 5–8+ years in partnerships or business development, with strong presentations and data-driven storytelling. Hybrid work from Cleveland, OH is supported.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or management consulting with client-facing work.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience owning deals and partnerships end-to-end.
• Experience building presentations, business cases, and client-facing materials.
• Insurance/financial services or regulated industries background preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships and represent Embrace with confidence.
• Develop proposals, business cases, and data-driven narratives to land and expand partnerships.
• Lead partnership launches with partner marketing to generate Embrace leads.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Service, BI, and Product to support partners.
• Drive internal processes and assets for scalable partner programs.
