Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Partnership Manager to own and grow a portfolio of outsourcing advisors, consultants, and broker partners, serving as their main contact and evangelist for the company's tech-forward CX and back-office outsourcing solutions.

You'll convert partner trust into a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities, manage the full referral lifecycle from intake to handoff, and collaborate with sales, solutions, and marketing to accelerate revenue while traveling 15-25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development.
• Proven ability to build and manage a multi-partner pipeline.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of outsourcing advisors, consultants, and broker relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable referral partners with a focus on target verticals.
• Manage full referral lifecycle from intake to deal handoff and revenue reporting.
• Coordinate with sales, solutions, and marketing to accelerate opportunity progression.
• Develop partner engagement cadences and co-marketing initiatives.
