SupportNinja is seeking a Partnership Manager in Texas to own and grow our network of outsourcing advisors, consultants, and broker partners. You will nurture partner relationships and convert trust into a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, while coordinating with sales and marketing to maximize deal velocity.

The role emphasizes partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing enablement, with a focus on educating partners about our CX and back-office outsourcing offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in partnerships, channel sales, or BD within BPO/BPS/outbound ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build and manage a referral or channel pipeline resulting in revenue.
• Strong relationship-management and external network stewardship.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of outsourcing advisory partners and broker relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable new referral partners aligned with target verticals and deal sizes.
• Manage the referral lifecycle from intake to sales handoff and pipeline tracking.
• Advocate internally for partner-sourced deals with sales, solutions, and marketing teams.
