Job summary

University of Texas at Austin seeks a Manager of Partnership Development to lead the expansion of OnRamps through K12, higher education, and agency outreach. You will develop strategies, manage key partnerships, and drive data-informed decisions in collaboration with senior leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in education settings, a Master’s degree, and strong stakeholder management. Remote work is eligible in Waco or Austin areas, with travel up to 20% across Texas.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in education or closely related field.
• Five+ years in K12 or higher education; minimum three years in leadership/management.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate technical information for lay audiences with a client-focused approach.
• Experience teaching or supporting high school or college level instruction; ability to coach teachers/administrators.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages partnership strategy and client relationships to grow OnRamps.
• Analyzes data to evaluate partnership effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Represents the organization at professional meetings and conferences to expand visibility.
• Maintains CRM records and ensures data quality for partner engagement and outcomes.
• Creates tools and resources to streamline documentation, reporting, and operations.
