Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Manager of Partnership Development to lead and scale OnRamps partnerships across K12 and higher education, collaborating with the Director and Executive Director. You will drive engagement, strategy, and implementation with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities include regional partnership management, data analysis, and supervising staff while advancing program growth and sustainability. This role supports remote work within Texas and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, higher education, policy, or closely related field.
• Five or more years of professional experience in K12 or higher education environments, including at least three years in a leadership or management role.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.
• Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences using a respectful, client-focused approach.
• Demonstrated understanding of high school teaching and learning.
• Proficient in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) or another LMS.
• Demonstrated ability to teach oneself new things, develop mastery, and adjust to rapidly changing needs with an organization.
• Five years of clinical or teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Experience providing support or instructional coaching to teachers, administrators, or related groups.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and evaluates identified strategies and practices as the primary client relationship manager for potential, new, and existing partnerships.
• Increases and supports the implementation and success of OnRamps through regional partnership management and management of special projects.
• Manages and evaluates targets and strategies for acquisition, retention, growth, and outcomes for partnerships.
• Analyzes data, documents outcomes, and reports for continuous improvement and sustainability.
• Represents the organization at professional meetings and conferences to strengthen visibility.
• Applies market trends to inform partnership strategies and continuous improvement efforts.
• Supervises, trains and evaluates student employees and mentors staff to strengthen team capacity.
• Documents and monitors partnership records and CRM data to inform data-driven systems.
• Leads ongoing partner engagement and development of implementation strategies for partner success.
• Develops forms, tools, and resources to capture documentation and improve efficiency.
