Last Mile Health is seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager, Partnerships & Development to lead donor cultivation, research, and proposal development. You will coordinate internal teams, prepare senior leaders for engagements, and ensure timely deliverables across fundraising activities.

The role emphasizes DEI integration, Salesforce usage, and a data-driven approach to advance LMH’s funding portfolio. Remote role available on the Eastern Seaboard with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication for donors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience managing external-facing deliverables with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contributors and timelines across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior leaders and partners with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project manager for Partnerships & Communications functions.
• Lead donor research, briefs, proposals, and due diligence.
• Support donor visits, events, conferences, and engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows and ensure timely high-quality deliverables.
• Implement and improve fundraising processes and portfolio management.
