Job summary

Resolve to Save Lives is seeking a Senior Manager, Development to own and grow a portfolio of foundation funders and prospects. You will guide relationships across the full funding lifecycle, from identification to renewal, and work with program officers to shape compelling value propositions for funding.

In this remote, US-based role, you will oversee proposals, reporting, and compliance while collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 8 years of fundraising, development, or resource mobilization with track record of six-/seven-figure awards.
• Direct experience managing foundation and philanthropic relationships end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of foundation and philanthropic funders, guiding relationships from qualification to renewal.
• Lead complex proposals, timelines, and cross-functional inputs for compelling submissions.
• Represent RTSL with funders at events and coordinate donor field visits and communications.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy using tools like Monday.com and standard operating procedures.
