Job summary

Pre-Health Shadowing, Inc. is seeking a strategic fundraising leader to manage and grow our remote Fundraising team, driving grant campaigns, partnerships, and donor engagement to support healthcare education access.

You will design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, recruit and mentor team members, and collaborate with Marketing, Outreach, and Finance to maximize impact across time zones.

Qualifications

• Interest in nonprofit growth, fundraising, partnerships, or mission-driven work.
• Ability to turn ideas into clear plans and action steps.
• Experience leading a remote team and keeping projects organized.
• Strong written communication for grants, outreach, or donor messaging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, outreach, and leadership teams.
• Proactive in building structure where none exists.
• Balance big-picture vision with detail-oriented execution.
• Passion for expanding equitable access to healthcare education.

Responsibilities

• Help run weekly Fundraising department meetings.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategy aligned with PHS goals and growth targets.
• Identify new revenue opportunities including grants, sponsorships, campaigns, and institutional partnerships.
• Set quarterly fundraising priorities, metrics, and outcomes.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor fundraising team members.
• Establish clear workflows, timelines, and expectations for fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Outreach, Finance, and Leadership to align messaging and impact storytelling.
