Job summary

Purebred Marketing seeks an Affiliate Coordinator to support growth of client affiliate programs. You will research, recruit, onboard, activate partners across content, coupon, loyalty, and other channels, and manage day-to-day program activities.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with high-volume outreach, data analysis skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or sales; internships welcome.

Responsibilities

• Research, recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliate partners across multiple channels.
• Execute partner outreach campaigns including prospecting, emails, and follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day management of client affiliate programs, promotions, and communications.
• Monitor performance and provide recommendations to Affiliate Managers.
• Pull performance data and assist with client reporting and analysis.
• Assist with testing and optimization of affiliate creative, offers, and strategies.
• Maintain accurate partner records across platforms and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute client initiatives and meet goals.
• Stay current on affiliate marketing trends and opportunities.
