Job summary

Donorbox is seeking a relationship-driven Partnership Specialist to grow our ecosystem of nonprofit fundraising consultants and agency partners. You will own end-to-end referral partnerships that expand our online giving platform's reach.

Reporting to the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will identify, recruit, onboard partners, and collaborate on co-marketing, webinars, and events to generate high-quality nonprofit leads.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, business development, or partner marketing.
• Experience in or familiarity with the nonprofit sector or fundraising technology.
• Track record building referral or channel programs that drive MRR.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and partner tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Prospecting: Identify, pitch, and recruit high-value channel partners, including nonprofit marketing agencies and fundraising consultants.
• Partner Enablement & Onboarding: Equip partners with demo accounts, pitch decks, and training.
• Co-Marketing & Events: Execute joint webinars and co-authored guides to generate nonprofit leads.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Track partner-referred leads and manage commissions and relationships.
