Job summary

CodePath, a remote US nonprofit, seeks a Partner Engagement and Communications Manager to advance philanthropy partnerships. You will craft compelling donor stories, manage campaigns, and own events with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you will build scalable design templates and AI-enabled workflows to increase fundraising efficiency while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

6-10 years of external communications and/or event planning experience, preferably with institutional and corporate funders or foundations.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to build repeatable workflows or assets that improve efficiency and quality.
Strong visual design skills with fluency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.

Responsibilities

Lead cultivation and stewardship events across multiple stakeholders.
Develop and update a shared library of fundraising assets and templates.
Manage end-of-year giving campaigns and seasonal fundraising.
Translate data and narratives into compelling visual storytelling for donors.
