Job summary

Bellota Labs is a fast-growing tech company building the next generation of poker experiences and operates ClubWPT Gold. We seek a proactive Ambassador Operations professional to manage the ambassador/affiliate program, assets, codes, and performance reporting.

In a fast-paced, remote, asynchronous environment, you’ll collaborate with creative, product, data, and marketing teams, onboard new partners, and support creator events and partnerships to drive user acquisition.

Qualifications

• Poker knowledge and culture awareness within the poker community.
• Operational ownership with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Clear and professional written communication with partners and internal teams.
• Autonomy to work in a remote, asynchronous environment and take initiative.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for ambassadors and affiliates, managing assets, codes, landing pages, and reports.
• Coordinate with creative, product, data, and other teams to move requests forward and ensure timely deliverables.
• Onboard new ambassadors and affiliates with tools and information to start effectively.
• Manage day-to-day affiliate program operations and maintain organized processes.
• Coordinate ambassador performance reporting and track activation progress.
• Support creator events, including tournament coordination and production logistics.
• Pull assets for presentations, partner decks, and marketing materials.
• Take ownership of miscellaneous operational tasks and special projects as needed.
