Bellota Labs seeks a Partnerships Operations Manager to act as the main point of contact for ambassadors and affiliates. You will manage requests for assets, codes, and reports, coordinating with creative, product, and data teams to advance partnerships and ensure timely deliverables.

You will also support creator events, source talent, and help convert opportunities into successful activations, contributing to the growth of authentic brand collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for ambassadors and affiliates, managing requests for creative assets, promotional codes, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with creative, product, and data teams to move partnership requests forward and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Support digital and in-person creator events, source new talent, and help turn partnership opportunities into successful activations.
