Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to drive successful delivery of assigned School Assessment programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and oversee project scope, schedule, and costs in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to identify process improvements while supporting new business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience required.
• 2-3 years in a project management role.
• PMP certification preferred or PMI principles understood.
• Comfort making decisions with limited information in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and external customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and timely responses to questions and requests.
• Serve as a point-of-contact to the customer and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution.
• Interpret and meet customer expectations to ensure outstanding satisfaction.
• Manage project life cycle: initiate, plan, execute, control, close.
• Maintain project plans, requirements, schedule, and documentation.
• Network with stakeholders to meet project goals and ensure quality.
• Support implementation of SOWs and contracts; manage scope changes.
• Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements and track risks.
• Prepare and present status reports on program risks and results.
• Support business development with new initiatives, including writing change requests.
• Ensure budget and margin expectations are maintained through financial reviews.
