Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment initiatives. You will coordinate multiple projects, deliverables, and cross‑functional teams while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing the full project life cycle, developing statements of work, monitoring scope, budget and risks, and producing status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree desired or commensurate experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or PMI principles understanding preferred.
• Flexibility in the workplace.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information.
• Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and timely responses.
• Serve as a point of contact to customers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Maintain project plans, requirements, schedules, and documentation.
• Network with stakeholders to meet project goals and ensure quality.
• Support SOWs, contracts, and changes to scope/budget.
• Identify process improvements to reduce cost while maintaining quality.
• Measure project performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Assist in change control, risk tracking, and pricing estimates.
• Prepare and present internal/external program status reports.
• Support new business initiatives and cost/margin reviews.
