Qualifications

• Strong communications and project management capabilities with visual storytelling expertise.
• Donor engagement experience with institutional funders, corporate partners, or foundations.
• Experience using AI tools to develop repeatable workflows or assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor engagement, fundraising communications, and digital giving initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of donor cultivation and stewardship events.
• Develop event programs, speaker briefs, and donor experiences with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate messaging with leadership, marketing, PR partners, and stakeholders.
• Capture and repurpose content for fundraising, including student stories, photography, and video.
• Translate data and impact metrics into compelling fundraising narratives and visuals.
