CodePath is expanding its philanthropy partnerships team and seeks a Partner Engagement and Communications Manager to translate impact into compelling donor narratives. You will own fundraising assets, events, and campaigns while collaborating with leadership to advance fundraising priorities.

The role emphasizes autonomous execution, scalable design templates, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and storytelling across donor communications.

Qualifications

• Proven external communications and event planning experience with funders or foundations.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to build repeatable workflows or assets.
• Strong visual design skills across layouts, typography, color and composition.
• Ability to translate data into clear, compelling visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for cultivation and stewardship events, including messaging and logistics.
• Develop fundraising assets and stories to support donor understanding of impact.
• Lead end-of-year giving campaigns and seasonal campaigns end to end.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and reusable design templates for quick asset production.
