CodePath is seeking a Partner Engagement and Communications Manager to translate impact into action, equipping the team with stories, visuals, donor experiences, and campaigns that deepen fundraising opportunities. You’ll own external engagement, events, fundraising communications, assets, and the annual report, building AI-enabled workflows and reusable templates to scale impact.

This remote US role reports to the Director, Partnerships, and requires collaboration with the CEO office,

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of external communications and/or event planning experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build repeatable workflows or assets.
• Strong visual design skills with fluency in design tools.
• Ability to translate data and narrative into clear visual storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy and execution for external engagement events and donor experiences.
• Develop fundraising assets, one-pagers, pitch decks, and boilerplate visuals.
• Lead end-of-year giving campaigns and seasonal fundraising efforts.
• Project-manage the annual report and coordinate with designers and funders.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and reusable templates for scalable communications.
