Qualifications

• 7–10 years of fundraising leadership with success in securing five- and six-figure gifts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience with grant writing, institutional funders, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with priorities and growth.
• Manage major donor prospects, cultivate relationships, and solicit gifts.
• Prepare donor communications, proposals, impact reports, and engagement events.
• Collaborate with CEO and Board to identify donors and lead solicitations.
• Oversee grant lifecycle: research, proposals, budgeting, reporting, compliance.
• Oversee CRM, gift processing, acknowledgments, and receipts workflows.
• Create dashboards to track pipelines, retention, and performance.
• Guide staff and consultants to strengthen fundraising systems.
