Job summary

CodePath is seeking a Partner Engagement and Communications Manager to turn impact into action from a remote US base. You will equip the team with compelling stories, visual communications, donor experiences, and campaigns that deepen partnerships and funding.

The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution—leading multi-stakeholder initiatives, building scalable asset templates, and improving fundraising communications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build repeatable workflows or assets that improve efficiency and quality.
• Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color) with fluency in design tools.
• Ability to translate data and narrative into clear, compelling visual storytelling.
• Sharp eye for brand consistency, polish, and detail across materials and formats.
• Comfortable both setting strategic direction and turning source content into polished execution.
• Strong project management skills across concurrent requests and deadlines.
• Able to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through execution.
• Collaborates effectively with writers, fundraisers, and program teams.
• Adaptable to fast turnarounds and shifting priorities.
• Continuous-improvement mindset: documents and streamlines recurring work to free time for higher-value tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for cultivation and stewardship events.
• Lead event content and program development, including donor experience and run of show.
• Own donor thought leadership projects such as joint PR and announcements.
• Serve as the on-the-ground lead at key events and oversee day-of execution.
• Partner with other departments to prepare for key events with messaging alignment.
• Capture stories, photography, video, and other event content for reuse.
• Research conferences and external engagement opportunities for fundraising potential.
• Build, maintain, and update a shared library of visual assets and templates.
• Identify and package student stories into fundraising assets.
• Maintain asset library and collaborate with Grant Writer on updates.
• Develop scalable design templates and AI-enabled asset workflows.
• Ensure all assets are on-brand and current as programs evolve.
• Maintain an editorial calendar for timely assets.
• Project-manage the annual report, coordinating with designers and funders.
