Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role including pre-sales/solutions architecture experience in enterprise software.
• Strong experience navigating complex sales cycles and aligning technical and business stakeholders across customers and partners.
• Hands-on experience with modern application development and cloud-native systems.
• Ability to translate technical architecture into business value for executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure architectures using MongoDB Atlas for customer and partner-led solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, sellers, and customers across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead workshops, demos, and proofs of value; create repeatable assets to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to relay field feedback and influence roadmaps.
