Job summary

Go1 is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Director to own partner revenue and pipeline, forecast growth, and drive co-sell partnerships across strategic collaborators. You’ll build senior cross-functional relationships and develop growth strategies for each partner, advancing opportunities from co-sell to resale with an autonomous, accountable mindset.

You’ll manage senior stakeholder relationships, influence sales motions, and align product and commercial strategy to expand Go1’s partner ecosystem

Qualifications

5–8+ years in partner sales, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in B2B tech.
Proven track record growing complex partnerships and partner-led revenue.
Experience building co-sell, channel, or partner sales motions.
Strong ability to analyze pipeline data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Own partner revenue and pipeline, including forecasting and ARR tracking.
Launch and grow co-sell partnerships and establish sales motions.
Build senior relationships across partner sales, partnerships, marketing, product and exec teams.
Develop growth strategy for each partner based on customers and market position.
Lead joint deal execution across partner sellers and Go1 AEs.
