Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to oversee day-to-day relationships with channel partners, including banks, associations, and health plans. You will liaise between partners and internal teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions aligned with contracts.

You will be responsible for partner engagements, contract management, and product expansion, while reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account management or related experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of partner organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Ability to document, troubleshoot, and present technical solutions.
• Self-motivated with ability to build internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary contact for assigned partners, maintaining strong relationships.
• Authorize finance items, invoicing, and audit controls related to partners.
• Decide on product and technical solutions offered to partners and clients.
• Coordinate engagement between partners and internal teams (legal, sales, marketing, implementation, tech, service).
• Ensure all HealthEquity departments meet solution and service commitments per contracts.
• Act as project manager for partner initiatives, communicating progress and setting expectations.
• Manage partner contracts, negotiations, and product expansion strategies.
• Monitor partner transactions and analyze key account metrics.
• Maintain documentation for each partner’s solution and coordinate training.
