Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a seasoned Partner Relationship Manager to oversee day-to-day relationships with channel partners, including banks, associations, and health plans. You will coordinate with legal, sales, marketing, implementation, and service teams to deliver on contracts and client needs.

This remote role requires 8+ years in account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account management or related experience.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels.
• Proven track record in managing customer accounts with exceptional service.
• Develop and present professional presentations.
• Proven ability to document and troubleshoot technical solutions.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned partners and maintain strong relationships.
• Provide Manager level authority on finance items, concessions, invoicing and audits for partners.
• Decide on product and technical solutions offered to partners and clients.
• Facilitate engagement between partner and internal teams (legal, sales, marketing, implementation, technical, service).
• Ensure all HealthEquity departments deliver on contracts and commitments.
• Act as project manager for partner initiatives with clear progress updates and expectations.
• Coordinate partner management including contract negotiation and product expansion.
• Oversee partner transactions, data files, communications, and report key metrics.
