Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a Partner Services Analyst II to support complex client cases related to eligibility, contributions, claims, and account maintenance. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and process improvement to meet client SLAs while maintaining high accuracy.

You will review inquiries, develop or suggest improvements, create dashboards, and assist with billing-related tasks. A strong customer service mindset and experience with Salesforce are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college work is preferred but not required.
• 4–6 years of customer service, account management, operations, or project management.
• Strong customer service orientation and good time management.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complex inquiries and advise PSA I team on process improvements.
• Create and report metrics and dashboards for visibility.
• Resolve cases in relationship management queues (eligibility, contributions, claims, overpayments, QLEs).
• Research defects in processes and design improvements with operations.
• Coordinate with third-party premium administrator on refunds and enrollment inquiries.
• Perform yearly Open Season setup activities and related system updates.
• Oversee RM activities for client billing and invoice delivery.
